Secretary of the Domestic Policy Council at the
White House; Served as senior staff member in the
Office of Policy Development at the White House;
Served as Executive Director of the National
Council on Education Research; Served as special
assistant to the Assistant Secretary for
Elementary and Secondary Education at the
Department of Education.
